The United Way is an organization devoted to helping people. This is accomplished by assessing community needs, raising funds, allocating resources, fostering volunteerism, and encouraging collaborative efforts to resolve community problems. 
 

Your Money At Work

The Forney Area United Way continues to help hometown people, and 96% of our funds has reached those in need. The Forney Area United Way has no paid employees. Our expenses are for postage, printing, filing of tax forms and other administrative costs. We work hard to limit these expenses. 
 

Donate At Work

If your company collects United Way donations through payroll deduction, you can direct your donation to the Forney Area United Way. Most companies allow you to direct your donation to a specific United Way organization. Our organization number is 46301. If you have questions, contact your company HR representative or your United Way sponsor. Send your money to help those in your own community.
